Located in the heart of Mayfair, this prestigious heritage building underwent a complete transformation to create a high-quality, contemporary workspace while retaining the character and charm of the original property. Taking the project from RIBA Stage 3 design, we delivered an extensive refurbishment across all three floors, incorporating significant structural alterations, entirely new MEP infrastructure, roof repairs and external façade improvements. The works also included the installation of a new lift and a bespoke front entrance, bringing modern functionality, accessibility and a distinctive new identity to the building.
