We procured this project through a competitive lump sum tender and are extremely proud of the outcome. The works comprised a phased series of workspace enhancements throughout the building, including a new conference suite and breakout area, a shared workspace hub, and the refurbishment of meeting rooms to improve functionality and user experience. The project also incorporated a new Accessible WC, tea point installation, and acoustic and lighting upgrades, all designed to elevate the comfort and quality of the working environment. The project was delivered through a carefully planned phased approach to ensure minimal disruption to the client’s daily operations. Each phase was executed with precision and strong stakeholder coordination, maintaining programme efficiency while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. Through proactive management and collaboration, we achieved a seamless delivery that fully met the client’s expectations. This was a design and build project taken from RIBA stage 3.
