Project Overview Successfully delivered a high-quality capital mechanical plant replacement & LED lighting upgrade across 8 floors. Appointed from RIBA Stage 4, we undertook the CDP design development to create a more efficient, reliable and comfortable workspace. Programme Completed within a 12-month construction period, the main challenge was facilitating the replacement within a live occupied building without effecting their business, which was extremely successful. Achieved through proactive planning, stakeholder collaboration, and efficient procurement without compromising quality, safety, or design integrity.
